 Welcome to the Greek Media Club.
My two buddies and I, quite by accident, one day were chatting about our greek roots. Let me explain. I am a free lance radio producer in Chicago and work at various stations in and around Chicagoland on a part time basis. One night I met a lovely gal in the elevator by the name of Anna Davlantes. Anna is a reporter/anchor for the NBC affiliate WMAQ TV. Anna is quite professional and represents the Greek American community in a very professional way. Also, our friend Terry Poulos is a columnist for the Greek Star Newspaper in Chicago. He does a fabulous job writing his column and researching the community for membership into the Greek Media Club. All 3 of us decided to start a Greek Media Club and the rest is history. We found that over 100 Greek-Americans work in or around tv, radio, and print in the Windy city.
